I just discovered that “leaving work” cards become amazing if you imagine them sent to the person who just dumped you. A nice message becomes the saddest card ever. Someone please find this card and send it to an ex. #greetingcardproject

(In an attempt to insert absurdity into strangers’ lives, I buy greeting cards, sign them with alternate endings, and then bring them back and replace them on the shelf. I have yet to be arrested.)
